It is located directly under the Moulin Rouge.

For more traditional Western food like bakery items, an excellent grill menu, and coffeehouse, Anytime Café is a great option. Their prices are a bit steeper than some of the other options along Walking Street, but still moderately priced considering the high quality of ingredients.

It is located right next to the Bali Hai pier.

When you think of Thailand, Italian food probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind. But L’Italiano brings authentic Italian cuisine to the Thailand coastline. You will find just about any dish you can imagine on their vast menu, but they will come with a price tag as one of the more expensive eateries in the area.

It is located just off Pattaya 12 Alley.

The nightlife around Walking Street will give you everything from bars and dance clubs to burlesque shows and brothels. Most of the prime nightlife opens around 8 pm, but it begins to get much more lively after 10 pm. And the party goes on well into the early morning.

It is located on the corner of Beach Rd and S Pattaya Rd.

Formerly known as Crazy House A Go-Go, Pacha A Go-Go keeps the “crazy” theme going strong throughout the club. The interior and exterior of the club have a trippy and fun aesthetic. Performances and Shows

When you’re experiencing Walking Street Thailand, you’ll notice the bars and shows can feel like they are the same. Many of their clubs boast erotic shows and performances, but there are still other venues that offer some of the best shows you will find around Walking Street and some of the most famous productions around Thailand.

The shows at Moulin Rouge are a wild, erotic ride that throws multiple events each week, and you can rent out a space for a stag party or other celebration. The club is equipped with multiple VIP zones and an extensive menu of experiences, including private dances.

It is hard to miss, as it mimics the classic Moulin Rouge from Paris.  You can find it between Pattaya 14 and 15.

The Ladyboy Cabaret is arguably the most famous show in Walking Street, and it has been a staple for over 30 years. The show is a grand tribute to everything about walking the street as well as a celebration of transgender culture, that features an all-trans cast. The show has a little of everything – it’s comedic, exotic, cheeky, and at times, tragic, but ultimately an incredibly enjoyable experience.

The show is held in a beautiful, large theater just off of Pattaya Sai 1 Rd.

Other Events

While the erotic party scene around Walking Street is the main draw, there is plenty else to do if that’s not what you’re looking for. There are plenty of ways to enjoy the incredible energy and insanity that is Walking Street.

  • Go For a Rocketball Ride

Rocketball is a major attraction for thrill-seekers and anyone who loves a good amusement park ride. It is an open-air ball that has you caged in, locked and loaded for a slingshot into the open sky. This isn’t a ride you want to go on after hitting the club and doing multiple tequila shots. It shoots you into the air and bungees you up and down until it settles, and you are brought back to the ground.

You will find the Rocketball right next to Mixx Nightclub.

  • Shop till You Drop

Walking Street is a central tourist area, which means there will be plenty of shopping to do as well. Souvenir shops reign supreme, where you can find all the usual shot glasses, pins, sunglasses, mugs, and paraphernalia to commemorate your trip to Walking Street.

If you’re looking for something a bit more risqué, there are also shops with pipes, brass knuckles, and sex toys. (Just be careful what you purchase if you will be flying, and consider airline guidelines)

Although it is another bar, it offers a very different element than all others in Walking Street – it is made of ice. If you’re visiting during the hot summer months in Thailand, this is a great place to take a load off, get out of the heat, and enjoy a themed cocktail. They have coats available since you probably won’t have packed a parka for your visit to Thailand.

  • Catch a Muay Thai Fight While You Grab a Beer

At the Pattaya Beer Garden on Walking Street, you will find a ring in the center of the bar for Muay Thai fights. Most nights, you will be able to catch exhibition matches from local Muay Thai fighters. The venue is the only location along Walking Street that jets out into the bay, so you will also have some great water views.

Free Ways to Enjoy Walking Street

The people-watching, alone, will have you entertained throughout the 1.2 miles of entertaining street front. The whole area is a spectacle of lights, sounds, and smells that entice and entertain. So, taking some time to walk around can be equally as fun for a $0 price tag. The area brings an eclectic group of locals and travelers that make for some excellent people watching.

As you walk, you will also find street performers doing everything from body painting to stilt walking. Engaging with these performers is a fun way to experience the street, and all it will cost you is a small tip. Similar to performers in Los Angeles or New York, they will be hoping for a tip after they take a picture or engage with you.
